Aerohive acquired a new fabric booth for Educause this year comprised of a series of interchangeable panels. We were tasked with aligning the booth with Aerohive’s current brand.
The booth measured 10’x20’ and consisted of 4 separate overlapping panels. The two panels in the middle would contain high level messaging that would not change. The panels on the left and right would have event specific messaging.
To draw focus to the outside panels we incorporated the crystalline pattern that has been very successful at other events, along with colorful imagery and infographic-like content. To contrast with these brightly colored end panels, the middle panels were kept black. To offset this large area of black, a subtle honeycomb pattern was added that seamlessly blends in to the background.
The beauty of this fabric booth is that it can be broken down into two 10‘x10’ booths. This was achieved by printing on the opposite sides of each panel. The high level messaging that was on two panels for the 10’x20’ booth is now condensed to one panel. No adjustments had to be made to the end panels. Instead we suggested that the back of the end panels have some of Aerohive’s all encompassing messaging.
The two 10’x10’ booths can be shipped to separate shows going on simultaneously or brought together to form the 10’x20’ booth. In addition, the end panels can be used individually as well.
