Jalayne Forrester is a realtor operating out of Santa Clara, California. As a Keller Williams Bay Area Estates agent, she had a plethora of marketing materials at her disposal to promote herself. However, while the materials she had access to were well designed, they didn’t quite meet her needs.

Specifically, Jalayne was looking for a 2-sided mailer that she could periodically customize with market updates and articles with pertinent information for sellers and buyers.

Our main challenge with the mailer was insuring the market update information was displayed in an easy to read format that could be quickly comprehended. With the goal of bulk mailing the piece, our design complied with all of the USPS mailing requirements thereby ensuring that the mailing process would run smoothly and without a hitch.

Working closely with Jalayne, we were able to create a template that could be customized monthly with up-to-date market information and informative articles for her sellers and buyers.
